Finally got to start using my recumbant bike

Really like it and its making walking easier I have only been able to do ten minutes a day so far but im going to slowly work back into it with time I was able to do thiry minutes on the treadmill before hip pain set in so i am thinking ill be able to eventually do that with the bike too yay and the best news is I can already feel a difference with strength in my legs

  1. Hooray! So happy it's going so well! Keep up the good work, it's really good for you! I started walking on the treadmill again today. My New Year's resolution is to lose some weight...now let's hope it works this year!
